Benjamin Arthur Templar, born on October 9, 1978, is a multi-talented American actor, filmmaker, YouTuber, comedian, music producer and author. The son of a nurse and a Supreme Court law clerk, his background inspired his creative and justice-oriented pursuits.Templar's passion for the arts began early, leading him to study acting under renowned instructors at the William Esper Studio in NYC in 2012. His acting career took off with his acclaimed role as Manny DiStefano in "Plaga Zombie 4," earning him a dedicated fan base.He has actively contributed to over 30 independent films, including the award-winning short film "Shuffle," which won Best Film at the '48 Hours Film Project' in New Hampshire in 2011. In 2021, he founded SunBow Media LLC, producing the sci-fi film "The Street Photographer," which won the Buenos Aires Indie Film Award for Best Sci-Fi Film in 2023.As an author, Templar has published three books: "How to Buy a Car at the Dealership" (2010), "Princely Chess: A Chess Variant Manual" (2013), and "Masterplan Your Success: Deadline Your Dreams" (2017), showcasing his diverse interests in consumer education, chess, and personal development.Templar has also embraced digital content creation, establishing a strong online presence with multiple YouTube channels such as 'Best AudioVisual Tricks,' 'Benjamin Templar,' 'Masterplan Your Success,' 'Bilingual Lingo,' and 'Templar Truths.'Before transitioning to a full-time stay-at-home dad in 2018, Templar had a successful IT career, particularly in customer support within the healthcare and digital mapping industries. His commitment to family led him to leave his Computer Support Specialist position at Kendal at Hanover.In 2021, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Community College of Vermont with an Associate in Science in Computer Systems Management and became a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society.Benjamin Arthur Templar continues to balance his family life with his passion for justice, arts, and storytelling, inspiring his ongoing creative pursuits.
